Whoa! What a week. In the days that build up to the election here in the U.S., I feel on the edge of my seat. My heart feels heavy. So many pressing and pertinent issues hang in the balance during this historic 2020 election.
How are you able to strike balance?
For me, meditation has been a key component of my mental health. Check out the new blog post about the 3 Secrets of Meditation. As you see, my journey has definitely had its ups and downs. ☺️

In addition to meditation, one of my favorite ways to feel more grounded and centered is to go outside for a walk. Fortunately, I have Henrietta, my 7-year old border collie/mini-Aussie mix.
