I'm serving up two donation based classes each week on Tuesday @ 3:30 PM ET, and Wednesday @ 10:30 AM ET.

TUESDAYS

Enjoy a sequence with gentle movement to focus your mind and release tension.

Surf your breath to feel more present and refreshed.

WEDNESDAYS

Enjoy a gentle Level 1/2 sequence of postures for balance and energy. Surf your breath and connect with your inner compass.

Practice will end with a savasana and guided meditation.

These classes are perfect for a mid-day break or to get you moving in the morning.

This is a good one, Reader, and I'm slightly obsessed with Dr. Li's advice right now.

I love that she is also a self-proclaimed procrastinator, and she's ready to help you with some great free resources including a really neat podcast.

WHAT I'M READING

I had a family member unexpectedly pass in Summer 2021, and it's difficult navigating loss and grief.

Are you also working through the grief process?

Although this book is not focused specifically on grief, I find it helpful to learn more about human connection and continuing to be courageous by being vulnerable.
